Product Condition: Returned products must be in brand new, unused condition and in their original packaging (including all accessories and labels).
Return Request: Please ensure that you submit your refund request within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be processed.
Defective Products: For returns due to product defects, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Obtain Return Authorization: We will contact you after receiving your return request and provide a return authorization number and return address. Please be sure to mark this authorization number on the return package.
Prepare Package: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and affix a return label. Keep the mailing receipt for future reference.
Return Package: Return the package to the designated address at the customer’s expense (unless the return is due to product defects). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned package and confirm that the product condition meets the refund requirements, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Application: If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process described above and apply for a return first. Afterwards, you can place a new order according to your needs.
Shipping Costs: For exchanges due to product issues (such as defects or errors), we will cover all shipping costs; otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged product.
